Refund policy

Complaints If it can be demonstrated that the product has a manufacturing defect, you will always receive new parts if it is possible to replace them with parts. If the product needs to be replaced completely, the product must be sent to House of Bontin for examination. You pay the return shipping yourself. If the product is identified as having a manufacturing defect, the freight will be refunded. If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@houseofbontin.se House of Bontin will respond to your complaint within 7 working days.

Right of withdrawal According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered faultless goods (the product and product packaging must be unused and in the same condition as we sent it) without giving any reason. The right of return does not apply to specially ordered goods, e.g. personally made products such as personally strung rackets. Notice of withdrawal must be given as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. House of Bontin will respond to your message within 7 working days. Email info@houseofbontin.se and state your order number to have your return slip emailed to you. Print out the return slip, attach it to the package and hand it in to the agent where you picked up the package. NOTE! The return parcel must not be larger than it was when you received it from us. If you picked up the package from a box or received it by home delivery, we will indicate which agent you should return the product to. Refunds will be made when House of Bontin has received the returned product and the product and product packaging are in perfect condition. When refunding, House of Bontin deducts the cost of return shipping and an administrative fee of 89 SEK (=approx. 8 Euro) for the handling of the canceled purchase.
