For padel players
Easy to grip right
The ingenious tool that improves your game and prevents injuries in seconds
CONTINENTAL GRIP
Many coaches are constantly talking about the importance of keeping their rack right. Different racket sports have different types of grips and in padel the continental grip is used. The grip is primarily used to use the correct technique in their strokes but it can also help prevent and minimise injuries such as tennis/ or padel elbow. The continental grip can be difficult to get used to, especially if you have played other racket sports in the past, but also if you are completely new to racket playing. The term "hammer grip"; simply comes from holding the racket like a hammer, where with the correct grip you can only see the edge of the racket if you hold it in front of you with your wrist straight. Holding the racket in this way allows you to hit a stable backhand or forehand shot without changing your grip on the racket, while minimising stress on the elbow joint, which in turn reduces the risk of inflammation.
